Important Notes for LP Purchases

Jacket / Contents / Packaging Condition

• Minor jacket wrinkles, corner dents, or cracks that do not affect playback are not eligible for return or exchange.
• The inner sleeve may crack due to contact with the disc; this is considered normal and is not eligible for return or exchange.
• The disc label may not be perfectly smooth due to the manufacturing process.
• Damage to the outer protective film that does not affect the product itself is not eligible for return or exchange.

Playback Issues

• If using a turntable without tonearm or weight adjustment (common in all-in-one models), skipping may occur on tracks with large dynamic variations, typically due to a lightweight tonearm. Playback issues caused by the playback device are not eligible for return or exchange; a turntable with an adjustable tonearm is recommended.
• Static electricity and dust can cause playback irregularities; these can usually be resolved using a dedicated cleaning product.
• Dust accumulation on the needle may also cause uneven playback.

Disc Condition

• The disc surface may appear slightly uneven or warped. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if an actual playback defect is present.
• The center hole may be manufactured slightly smaller to minimise distortion and maintain playback consistency. If it does not fit the turntable spindle, this can be resolved using a dedicated center-hole adjustment tool.
• Occasional minor surface marks or imperfect finishing may be present. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if playback is affected.

Color Disc

• The actual color of the vinyl may differ slightly from product images.
• Color variations between individual copies may occur due to the nature of the manufacturing process.
• Small dots or traces of other color dyes may be present on the disc as a result of production.

Exchange / Return

• For exchange or return requests due to clear defects, please contact the customer center with photos and/or video confirming the defect, along with the model name of your playback device.
• Due to the high likelihood of jacket damage during repeated shipping and the difficulty of resale, returns resulting from an incorrect purchase or change of mind are not accepted. Please purchase carefully.
