Latin Kitchen Luna’s first full-length album brings a fresh, modern take on sounds from Mexico, Cuba, and Brazil. Led by bandoneonist Go Sang-ji and jazz pianist Choi Moon-seok, the group blends lyrical melodies with vibrant Afro-Cuban and samba rhythms across nine tracks. Alongside earlier singles such as Over The Rainbow, March Night, Scarlet Beach, Thanatos – If I Can’t Be Yours, and Black Orpheus, the album introduces four new recordings.

Highlights include a samba-infused reinterpretation of the Neon Genesis Evangelion theme, Thanatos – If I Can’t Be Yours, and a bold arrangement of the Mission Impossible main theme featuring genre-crossing violinist Danny Koo. The album reflects the duo’s “small kitchen” ethos—combining favorite ingredients in their own ways to create new flavors rather than recreating tradition note-for-note.
