Important Notes for LP Purchases

Jacket / Contents / Packaging

• Minor jacket creasing, corner dents, or cracks — other than clear playback defects — are not grounds for return or exchange.
• The inner sleeve may develop cracks from contact with the disc; this is considered normal and is not eligible for return or exchange.
• The disc label may not lie perfectly flat due to the manufacturing process.
• Damage to outer shrink wrap that does not affect the product itself is not eligible for return or exchange.

Playback Issues

• Turntables without tonearm weight adjustment (common in all-in-one models) may cause skipping on tracks with wide dynamic range. This is a device limitation, not a product defect. Use of a turntable with an adjustable tonearm is recommended.
• Static electricity or dust on the disc can affect playback; this is typically resolved using a dedicated cleaning product.
• Dust accumulation on the stylus needle may also cause playback irregularities.

Disc Irregularities

• The disc surface may appear slightly uneven or warped. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if an actual playback issue is present.
• The center hole may be sized slightly smaller than standard to minimize audio distortion during repeated plays. If it doesn't fit a turntable spindle, a dedicated center-hole adjustment tool can resolve this.
• Minor surface marks or inconsistencies in finish may occasionally occur. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if playback is affected.

Color Disc Notes

• The actual disc color may differ slightly from images shown online.
• Color variation between individual copies is inherent to the color disc production process.
• Small flecks or traces of other color dyes embedded in the disc may occur during manufacturing.
