• Minor jacket wrinkles, slight creases, or cracks that don't affect playback are not eligible for return or exchange.
• The inner sleeve may crack due to contact with the disc—this is not grounds for return/exchange.
• Disk labels may be imperfect due to the production process.
• Damage to the outer packaging plastic that doesn't affect the product itself is not eligible for return/exchange.
• Poor playback notes:
  • If you use a turntable without a tonearm or weight adjustment (especially all-in-one models), skipping may occur during dynamic tracks due to light tonearm weight. Playback problems from unsuitable devices are not eligible for return/exchange; use an adjustable tonearm turntable for best performance.
  • Static electricity and dust can cause playback issues—clean with a dedicated product as needed.
• Disc surface/fit notes:
  • Returns or exchanges for warping, surface imperfections, or scratching are accepted only if playback is affected.
  • Disc center holes may be manufactured slightly tight to maintain consistent playback. If necessary, adjust with a dedicated tool for your spindle.
• Color Discs:
  • Actual color may differ from web images; slight variations between albums and small dye spots may occur due to the production process.
• Returns & Exchanges:
  • If you have a clear defect, contact customer service with photos, video evidence, and your player model information.
  • Returns are not accepted for incorrect purchases or change of mind, as LP jackets are easily damaged during shipping and resale is difficult.
